What does this Graduate opportunity offer you?


You’ll embark on a two-year training programme and get involved in our mission to help our customers save cash and carbon. By offering innovative solutions from Smart homes through to electric vehicles, we’re empowering customers to lead a low-carbon lifestyle/reduce their carbon footprint and enable the UK to achieve net zero.


Throughout your time with us, you’ll learn from our experts, gain valuable experience, build your confidence, and develop your commercial focus, helping you to decide where you’d like to specialise in the future.


Our previous Commercial graduates have gone on to become senior managers and leaders within the organisation.

Who you are


To join our team, you’ll need a 2:2 Bachelor’s Degree (obtained or expected) in any field. 


We’re looking for strong commercial understanding, analytical abilities, communication skills and a talent for leadership. You’ll need to be able to adapt quickly to new challenges and thrive in fast-paced environments. A passion for working in a customer-focused environment and willing to take ownership and work collaboratively to problem-solve are crucial as well.


Our Virtual Assessment Centre will take place on Wednesday 13th November 2024.
