We are currently recruiting for an established Security Manager (Project Delivery) who will be joining a brand-new function within an existing team where you’ll have the opportunity to help shape and mould the future of this new team.

What You’ll be doing:

  • Manage a new team of security engineers focusing on continual improvement of our project delivery and ways of working.
  • Introduce measures to make sure initiatives are more frequently delivered on time and BAU handed over to our security service team
  • Working closely with peers and senior management to develop and implement security assurance standards.
  • Help shape our existing security controls and security landscape, to ensure we maximise the use of our existing security vendors and products.
  • Expand product knowledge across the team to develop and upskill engineers
  • Help us transform from an internal security team to an internal security service provider.
  • Working with our Service Delivery teams, define the scope of our security services that we offer to the wider business.
  • Supporting the team in working with the wider cyber security department delivering requirements and initiatives using the SAFe framework.
  • Establish development and training plans for the engineers.


Who you are, and what you will bring:

  • Proven background in either delivering or overseeing technical security projects.
  • Experience with delivering security services in complex regulated enterprises.
  • Good understanding of enterprise security engineering controls
  • We could consider lead security engineers or team leaders who are keen to step up into a managerial / leadership position.
  • Strong influencing and persuasion skills, building trust-based relationships.
  • Experience in agile delivery models such as SAFe or leadership roles
  • Clear and concise communication skills with senior leadership.
  • Passion for cybersecurity and leading high-performing teams.
  • Stakeholder management, and great customer facing skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimum supervision and to integrate well within a team.


Eligibility to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance is a requirement for this role.
