The Role and Skills

You will need to be professional, passionate about quality delivery and famous amongst peers and stakeholders for the value you add.  You will need to possess great engagement and communication skills together with the ability to work at pace and with exceptional accuracy to ensure that a right first-time service is provided. Finally, you will need to demonstrate strong experience of direct candidate attraction and proactive candidate sourcing techniques (such as direct advertising, CV database searching, internet sourcing techniques, talent pooling etc.) and possess as well as promote a positive and collegiate attitude, with the ability to adapt swiftly and a willingness to undertake challenging tasks to ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
