The Person

As an experienced administrator/ co-ordinator, you will be outstanding at managing a complex admin workload within a fast-paced environment to ensure seamless and swift support to your internal and external customers. You will also have gained experience within a Recruitment or HR administration environment. 

Throughout your career you’ll have built knowledge and skills in:  
 

  • The management of complex administration workflows
  • Accurate document production
  • Using varied IT systems
  • Managing sensitive data


You will be particularly passionate about delivering exceptional customer service (via email and telephone), providing solutions to internal and external customers and ensuring they have a fantastic experience. 

Professional, passionate about quality delivery and famous amongst peers for the value you add and the solutions you offer, you pride yourself on your ability to work at pace and with exceptional accuracy to ensure that a right first-time service is provided. 

You have great engagement and communication skills, verbally and in writing and are a naturally collegiate and solutions-orientated person, keen to build relationships and work together to achieve.
