You’ll engage with stakeholders to maintain a strong network across HPC’s technical teams, coordinating output from various workstreams. Acting as the single point of contact for progress reporting, you’ll investigate challenges, identify risks, and define problem statements.

You'll also monitor issue escalation, oversee the delivery of approved solutions, and maintain mitigation plans.

In this role, you’ll bring extensive experience, demonstrating confidence in leading stakeholders and managing change in a collaborative environment. While a degree in a relevant field is desirable, your leadership and coordination skills are essential, with the ability to handle complex technical issues.

Experience with UK nuclear safety cases is beneficial. You’ll manage stakeholders, coordinate diverse technical information, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you’ll motivate teams to perform at a high level, adapt to evolving challenges, and ensure effective issue resolution. Self-motivation and initiative are key to supporting the project’s success.
