We’d like our future workforce to have an equal gender balance, represent a broad mix of people from minority ethnic backgrounds, LGBTQ+, those with a disability and supporting social mobility.

You will lead a group of technical staff and contractors and be accountable for managing their health and well-being, focusing on their personal development and competencies.

You will be responsible for delivering agreed-upon work to meet safety, quality, time, and cost objectives, leveraging resources within your group, the wider branch, and the supply chain.
