The Opportunity


Ready to take on a new challenge in 2022? 

The Resourcing Team at EDF are looking for an experienced systems and project coordinator to help drive continuous improvement across the team that will result in an outstanding recruitment service. Working with the Recruitment Manager (Projects), you’ll be responsible for supporting the coordination related to systems change and improvement. Following the agile project management methodology, you’ll work with our IT support teams to ensure all change management documentation is drafted, submitted and approved. Developing a reporting framework, you’ll track and monitor progress and work proactively to resolve issues. 

Beyond system administration, the Resourcing team are working on several exciting projects to enhance the service and maximise the user experience. You’ll be supporting these projects from a coordination perspective, managing payments, liaising with stakeholders to schedule meetings, obtaining documentation to help progress project delivery and reporting as needed.


Skills & Experience


To succeed in this role, you’ll be able to demonstrate experience in:

•    HR/Recruitment IT systems administration experience 
•    Strong co-ordination experience within a fast-paced environment, dealing with multiple and complex administrative processes
•    Exposure to projects or experience within a project environment, ideally within HR or Resourcing
•    Excellent organisation and planning skills with the capacity to acquire and apply new skills and learning 
•    Ability to work at pace whilst maintaining an extremely high level of accuracy and attention to detail
•    Excellent oral and written communication skills including the proven ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders alike and proven ability to engage and establish credibility with a variety of audiences
•    IT capabilities spanning MS Office (particularly Outlook, Word and Excel) and capacity to swiftly pick up bespoke IT systems and tools
