Product Manager

Join EDF as a Product Manager and you’ll champion our customers by creating seamless, intuitive customer centric journeys and solutions across our digital channels.

Working on our app and our website you’ll focus on continuous improvement to drive quality customer experiences, providing customer value whilst targeting business KPIs including customer satisfaction, avoidable contact reduction, self-serve and journey completion.

Leading on impactful change by analysing customer issues and insights and using these to create the ‘right’ customer solutions through working closely with development and design. You will also work collaboratively with senior stakeholders on value, need, resource and complexity, which will include maintenance of and improvements to existing products and also the delivery of new innovative solutions.

Pay, benefits and culture...

In addition to a competitive salary we offer a market-leading company pension scheme, paid holidays with ability to buy additional holiday and a range of flexible benefits, such as: a company incentive bonus plan, health cover, cycle to work scheme, electric vehicle scheme, gym membership, discounts and employee pricing.

Whilst your base office will be in Hove, we’ll support you to work flexibly from home (providing a suite of IT equipment), whilst coming together on site to offer face to face support and collaboration.

Gemma Vine, Senior Delivery Assurance Executive, says “Having come back from maternity leave May last year, EDF have been flexible and where we can now work from home, I am able to do 4 longer days to have a day off in the week with my son. This not only helps financially as it’s a day less of childcare, but I am also getting some quality time with my son.”

At EDF, everyone’s welcome. We strive to create an inclusive and diverse environment where everyone has a voice and where you feel confident being yourself.  We’re committed to equality, diversity, inclusion.  We’d like our future workforce to have an equal gender balance, represent a broad mix of people from minority ethnic backgrounds, LGBTQ+, those with a disability and supporting social mobility.

We’re an equal opportunity and disability confident employer. If you feel comfortable sharing with us that you have a disability, you meet the minimum criteria for the role, we will guarantee you an interview.

We’ll value the difference you bring and give you opportunities to thrive and succeed and to feel you belong.

Developing and maintaining our suite of products, you will work very closely with other teams across Customers – Digital, and the wider EDF business who will need to input into and advise on product solutions.

You’ll identify ways to continuously improve customer experience to drive self-serve, competitiveness & profitability, using insight to challenge existing practices where benefits are clear.
