Location: We will support you to work flexibly from home (providing a suite of IT equipment), whilst periodically coming together on site to offer face to face support and collaboration.

Join EDF as a Procurement Systems Governance and Performance Specialist and be responsible for overseeing our shared supply chain and procurement systems to provide effective processes, information management and master data to ensure the optimal performance of EDF supply chain across the organisation.


The opportunity…


You will be responsible for the end to end Procure to Pay solution, the Supplier Information Management system and the procurement elements of SAP.  


Working with Business Unit Supply Chain teams, Finance, Enterprise IT, external technology partners, and outsourced service providers to ensure flawless service. You will be tasked with identifying and implementing opportunities for continuous improvement in all of the procurement and supply chain systems and processes; overseeing the reporting of supply chain management information to the team, all Business units and EDF Group through the implementation of an effective master data management strategy for Supply Chain.


This position will be the subject matter expert (SME) for the common procurement and supply chain systems and will be the primary point of contact for outsourced service providers.


What we’re looking for…


As a Procurement Systems Governance and Performance Specialist you will have a good working knowledge of the role that procurement and Supply Chain provides within a Corporate Business. You will be technically proficient, with previous systems experience ideally as a System Administrator of a Corporate system. You will have a deep understanding / SME of Supply Chain systems and a good working knowledge of SAP (ECC and/or SAP 4HANA). You will also have intermediate level skills with the key Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.


You will need to be intellectually rigorous with gravitas to challenge and influence Senior Leaders. Be engaging and persuasive as an in-house expert, who can influence the way in which employees think and behave.


Possessing excellent written and verbal communications skills, as well as attention to detail. You will also thrive in a fast-paced environment and using your own initiative.


As a senior member of the Supply Chain Governance and Performance team, you will actively participate in the design, implementation and operation of all Supply Chain policies, processes and system.
