You will work to identify improvements to the capability of the Short-Term Trading team, acting as an advocate for the team in improvement projects with delivery partners across the wider business. You’ll collaborate and act as the main point of contact with multiple teams such as Commercial Delivery and Technology.

You’ll provide direction for the requirements and coordination of project delivery priorities, supporting WMS to be recognised as a market leader in the optimisation of flexibility services such as Gas Peakers and Batteries.
