The Opportunity

The HR Systems Support team (part of Finance Shared Services) bridges the gap between business & technology providing governance, oversight & support to maximise the value of our HR IT systems. The team investigates and resolves problems, provides information about the systems, monitor systems performance and usage, conduct testing, manage access control and seek continuous improvement through business and technical liaison and stakeholder management.

As the Incident Co-ordinator, you will undertake a pivotal role in the team. Ensuring that incidents and tickets originating from business users are assigned appropriately to our Analysts and Senior Analysts.  You will also develop and maintain key performance indicators for the team.

The Role and Skills

Your strong organisation skills will be key to succeeding in this role. You will be talking to the business users to understand and ascertain details and information to ensure we have enough information to investigate their problems. Along with this, you'll be providing administration support to the HR BSS Team by maintaining the weekly work tracker and overseeing the status of projects using JIRA. We'd love for you to have a keen eye on Continuous Improvement in order to look at trends in data and provide solutions.

We require you to have experience in GDPR/Data Protection requirements. Coupled with that, really strong Excel skills. If you have previous experience working with SAP or SucessFactors, that would be excellent, but not essential.
