The Opportunity

Are you a creative and innovative thinker with a background in customer experience? If so, join EDF as a Service Designer to work collaboratively with our stakeholders to design amazing services and journeys! 

We’re looking for someone to join our virtual contact centre business who can work to improve the customer lifecycle through targeted initiatives. You will be obsessed with championing the customer and designing great end to end customer experience. 

You will co-create & manage the end-to-end customer experience and service design capability including playing key roles in the practical execution of customer-centred thinking, culture and design in the organisation. 

You will be expected to work at all levels of the organisation, influencing and listening to the needs of all stakeholders.

The Role and Skills

Being a Service Designer at EDF means, you will be familiar with processes for generating insight, delivering projects, innovation, user-centred design, usability and accessibility assets, and with a strong sense for cost and resource options. 

We’re looking for someone who can multi-task and work on their own initiative to deliver tasks on time, budget and target.
