Join EDF's dynamic Solutions & Automation team as an Agile Coach, where you’ll be at the heart of transforming how we deliver value through innovative technologies and sustainable solutions.

The Opportunity…

You’ll have the opportunity to inspire and enable diverse teams, fostering a culture of adaptability, collaboration, and creative problem-solving in a rapidly evolving energy sector.

As an Agile Coach, you will guide teams, leaders, and the organisation in adopting and optimising Agile practices and principles. Your mission is to foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and high performance, empowering teams to deliver value effectively and adapt to changing business needs.

Pay, benefits and culture

Alongside a starting salary of £54,000, potential to earn 5% bonus, 28 days holiday plus bank holidays and a market-leading pension scheme, we offer a range of flexible benefits to support our people across all aspects of their lives.

Your rewards package includes a choice of benefits, such as electric vehicle leasing, enhanced parental leave, health insurance, discounts and employee pricing.

Flexible working means you can work from home (if you wish) and we’ll provide a suite of IT equipment to ensure that you can work remotely comfortably and effectively. Location for this role is flexible with travel as and when required to meet business stakeholders or colleagues at our offices in Hove or London.

At EDF, everyone’s welcome. We strive to create an inclusive and diverse environment where everyone has a voice and where you feel confident being yourself. We’re committed to equality, diversity and inclusion. We’d like our future workforce to have an equal gender balance, represent a broad mix of people from minority ethnic backgrounds, LGBTQ+, those with a disability and supporting social mobility.

We’re a disability confident employer and we’ll do all we can to help with your application, making adjustments as you need.

We’ll value the difference you bring and offer opportunities for you to thrive and succeed.

What you’ll be doing

  • Empower Learning and Growth: Support Agile teams in their growth by facilitating ceremonies, addressing challenges, and enabling self-organisation. Coach with powerful questions to uncover what’s essential, guiding others to tap into their knowledge and expertise
  • Champion Agile Practices: Guide teams in adopting Agile principles tailored to their unique contexts
  • Enhance Strategic Alignment: Partner with leadership to drive Agile adoption, decision-making, and alignment across the organisation
  • Improve Relentlessly: The relentless pursuit of perfection has always been one of the core tenets of agile. While unattainable, striving for perfection leads to continuous improvements to products and services. Collaborate with teams to implement solutions and process improvements, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and adaptive problem-solving
  • Foster an Agile Mindset: Encourage a culture of experimentation, adaptability, and innovation at all levels
  • Measure Success: Establish metrics to assess Agile maturity and ensure alignment with EDFs mission.

  • Passion for fostering collaboration and empowering individuals from varied backgrounds, promoting a positive team culture.
  • A proactive mindset for navigating complex environments and managing change effectively
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms
