That’s why we support you to pursue a career that’s unique to you. Because success is personal.

What you’ll be doing

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will lead a small team of Senior Data Analysts and Data Analysts, optimising field operations through automation and data-driven scheduling. You will play a key role in automating manual processes that support these areas.

You will provide technical oversight of data science outputs, ensuring stakeholder requirements are met. Using your expertise, you will guide model development, oversee machine learning model performance, and collaborate with subject matter experts to deploy models into production.

Additionally, you will shape our data strategy, provide technical coaching, and may take on the management of Junior Data Scientists and placement graduates.
