The Opportunity…
 

As the Sales Manager within the Metering team, you will be accountable for the metering sales and GM targets. You’ll be responsible for developing an acquisition strategy to drive metering growth and delivering value through retention and also delivering profitable sales growth and an excellent customer experience to achieve business objectives.
 

You will be accountable for the sales strategy and broker relationship using expertise and analysis to help drive key strategic decisions. You will develop and maintain excellent relationships with key Customers, prospects and brokers to understand and respond to their needs.

What you’ll be doing
 
In this role, you will develop and implement account plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth as well as identifying and capitalising on upselling and cross selling opportunities. You will maximise our growth opportunities by developing new revenue streams and by enhancing the value of Infrastructure Services and Metering Sales to the wider business.
 

You’ll be responsible for building and maintaining a highly skilled, high performing sales team and promoting a culture of commercial advancement and will ensure your teams delivers stretching and competitive commercial targets. 
 

As the Team Manager, you will be an integral part of maintaining and improving employee engagement, development and motivation.
