You’ll improve understanding across Mid-Market of all external compliance obligations and be responsible for a database of Supplier Licence Conditions. You’ll ensure all (MM applicable) compliance obligations are implemented and monitored across Mid-Market processes.

You’ll act as first point of contact for Mid-Market regarding compliance related questions and in case of potential irregularities. You’ll increase awareness and improve MM respect of different existing internal policies and regulations.

You’re responsible for building and maintaining a highly skilled, high performing team of professionals. You’ll empower them to be curious and deliver outstanding value & collaborative experiences and consider the right way to incentivise the team. As a member of the EBS leadership community you’ll be key in supporting Peers, Senior Leadership and Stakeholders to gain & retain competitive advantage and deliver with excellence.
