What you’ll be doing…

You’ll play a key role in the contractual process for flex customers across teams in EDF Business Solutions. You’ll also be responsible for managing relationships with some of the more transactional flex customers within the lifetime of the contracts before handing the account back to the sales team when nearing renewal. Additionally, the Customer Success Team is responsible for customers portfolio management, requests are processed in a secure, robust and timely manner, therefore you will play a key role in the success of this process including building on our customer relations and financial reporting. 

Who you are…

You’ll have a balance of understanding complex data, ensuring data is created to a high standard as well as working with our customers to ensure they are being provided with a positive customer experience. 

You’ll be responsible for ensuring our most important bespoke customers contractual requirements are being fulfilled either directly via the team itself, or via third parties under separate processes and arrangements. This particularly covers the management of site additions, mailboxes and fulfilling bespoke contract requirements.
