The opportunity
Would you like the opportunity to drive client relationships and O&M project management, acting as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and ensuring smooth communication and reporting. While monitoring and analysing asset performance, you’ll collaborate closely with specialist O&M team members, including the O&M Coordinator for site visits and costing and the Technical Manager for expert input.
As Asset Manager you’ll play a key role in assessing and maintaining asset performance in line with contracts. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the growth of the O&M department and support the company’s broader growth strategy.

What you’ll be doing
You will serve as the primary client contact for all key accounts in your portfolio in addition to:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and landowners.
- Monitor and analyse system performance, providing contractual reports to clients.
- Coordinate with the O&M Coordinator for planned maintenance, inspections, and fault resolution within timelines.
- Review and report asset performance monthly to the manager.
- Attend operational meetings with clients, stakeholders, and landowners.
- Inspect and review service reports with the Technical Manager to ensure work completion.
- Respond promptly to system faults and manage resolutions within contractual timeframes.
- Collaborate with the O&M team to address faults and implement action plans.
- Participate in asset management meetings, updating the manager on site performance.
- Assist with onboarding new sites and attend construction handover meetings.
- Handle PPA billing calculations and liaise with the billing team for new sites.
- Take a proactive role in site management and contribute to the growth of the O&M department.
What do you need to be great at this role?
Industry knowledge of the Solar PV and renewables industry.
- Strong client relationship management and key account handling skills.
- Excellent data analysis and reporting abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.
- Problem-solving skills to address faults and implement solutions.
- Proficiency in monitoring systems and performance metrics.
- Collaborative mindset to work closely with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail for reviewing reports and ensuring contractual obligations are met.
