What you'll do


You will be a trouble-shooter, a problem solver and the voice of our business based in our Doxford office in Sunderland. 


We’re looking for people who want to put the Customer first and join us on our journey to help solve our customer’s energy needs.  You’ll be a good listener, have an understanding personality, and the ability to empathise with and respect your colleagues and customers.  


You’ll be IT literate with a good general level of education including Maths and English.  Key is a desire to deliver excellent, professional customer service in a call centre environment.

Where you'll be based


You’ll be based at our contact centre in Doxford Business Park, Sunderland.  Our office is a vibrant place offering great facilities including an on-site canteen and gym. 


Your hours of work will be on a flexible shift pattern between 08:00-20:00 Monday to Friday and 08:00-14:00 Saturday after a period of training and development.
