The Role
As a Project Engineer you will support the Sizewell C NSA Technical Lead to ensure all deliverables meet project requirements. NSA refers to the Nuclear Support Agreement. This is a framework for delivering technical and engineering support for the Sizewell C project. It focuses on ensuring contractual alignment, managing technical deliverables, and maintaining high standards across the project's lifecycle.
You will help design and implement streamlined processes working to replicate best practices and maintain consistency. Another focus of our role involves providing technical guidance on NSA implementation.
You’ll assist with key project decisions and manage technical documentation to ensure accurate application across all teams. Additionally, you’ll evaluate project work requests, support informed decision-making, and deliver targeted training to upskill project teams.
About You
You’re a seasoned Project Professional with a proven track record in delivering large-scale, complex projects. Your experience spans:
• A background in mechanical, electrical, process, systems, or civil engineering, ideally within large industrial projects.
• Demonstrated experience in project management, contract management, and multi-disciplinary coordination.
• A solid understanding of the complexities of major projects, particularly in interface management across different scope areas.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to work effectively with clients, contractors, and diverse stakeholders.
• A professional mindset with a focus on accuracy, resilience, teamwork, and delivering results under pressure.
What sets you apart is your ability to translate technical details into actionable strategies, engage stakeholders, and inspire your team to succeed.
Qualifications & Skills:
• A degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Hands-on expertise in project management within a regulated environment (professional qualifications like PMP or Prince2 are a bonus).
• Outstanding communication, organisational, and leadership skills.

* Sizewell C Limited will be moving offices from 90 Whitfield Street to 25 Copthall Avenue.
25 Copthall Avenue is a modern building just a short walk from Moorgate and Liverpool Street stations. Sizewell C will occupy the whole of the 4th floor. We are targeting a move in February 2025.
This role will be contractually based at 25 Copthall Avenue. However, depending on the date of the move there may be a period that you will be required to work temporarily from our existing office at 90 Whitfield Street.
