Non-Conformance Lead (UK)
Satellite Delivery Centre, Bridgwater, possible travel to Hinkley Point C. Hybrid, minimum of 2/3 days a week in office.
Opportunity…
We are recruiting for a NCR Facilitator Lead, who will support the timely completion of Site non-conformance reports through the various steps of the Site online NCR management tool (CCIS & SWITCH). You will monitor a number of contracts to ensure that stakeholders in the process complete their activities within predetermined action and escalation time frames.
In addition, you will have line management responsibilities for a team of NCR Facilitators to ensure that they are supported and have an escalation route for NCR related issues.

What you’ll be doing…
• Comply by applying NCR management procedure (CBL100100935, NNB-205-PRO-000111).
• In charge of implementation and monitoring the NCR status report within their allocated Contracts.
• Collate NCR Facilitation reports NCR KPI to NCR Lead and other stakeholders e.g., NCR weekly
report, monthly report and other NCR report base on demand.
• As required, support NCR stakeholders to manage NCR process in a timely manner.
• Support the verification of implementation of Correction / Corrective Action to aid the Quality
Management Leads review and acceptance.
• Expedite stakeholder to meet contractual obligations in terms of responses.
• Ensure that NNB reply to all NCRs raised by Contractors in 21 calendar days.
• Escalate as appropriate where the NCR management procedure is not respected.
• Support the development and continuous improvement of NCR management tool known as (CCIS
& SWITCH) including reporting and KPIs.
• Manage a team of NCR Facilitators provide line management support and direction whilst ensuring
an effective escalation route.
• Lead the Quality Exceptions Panel (QEP) secretariat and ensure effective allocation of resources
including out of hours provision.
• Drive the Trust agenda forward by ensuring that all decisions affecting customers meet the Trust Test,
deliver the desired customer outcomes, and provide customers with the ability to make informed choices.
Who you are…
• Confident and articulate communicator, able to prepare presentation material, and to persuade others,
by far draft a common action plan and follow its implementation.
• Experience of interfacing with project teams, supply chain organisations and independent third parties.
• Progress analysis, preparing reports and making recommendations.
• Ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Pro-active and flexible, being prepared to plan and work on own initiative.
• Experience of proposing and implementing a variety of quality related solutions.
• Experience of interfacing with project teams, supply chain organisations and independent third parties.
• Experience of interaction and resolving issues with a wide range of stakeholders in a multi-cultural
Environment.
Your background may include some of the following:
• Engineering industry background but not specifically Nuclear.
• A clear and accurate understanding of quality management systems.
• French language.
• Experience in Non-conformance Management process.
• Experience of Contract Management of Supply Chain / suppliers.
