Training

Within Project Management and Business Change there’s a focus on the development of consultancy skills and LEAN approaches to help support the business in continuous improvement.  The qualifications supported depend on the individual experience and role within the team, but again focus on external standards of excellence.

As part of the Project Management function, you’ll be trained up on project management at EDF through the EEPW (EDF Energy Project Way) programme and will be fully supported as you work towards key qualifications within your role – qualifications like Prince 2 and LEAN.

Locations

Our Project Management and Business Change team could be based at any of our UK offices, with travel, to ensure the business is fully supported.

Central Functions insights

We employ over 12,000 people in the UK and have a very diverse, multidisciplinary workforce. As we both produce AND supply energy, unlike other energy suppliers we are able to provide more varied opportunities for professionals interested in ‘central functions’.

This video shows three of our employees sharing their experiences in their day to day roles, their professional development and a career they can feel good about.
