Training

We see finance as essential to our business success, so it’s not surprising that we offer plenty of useful and valuable ways to develop your career and skills. We may support your study towards formal financial qualifications – for example CIMA and ACCA as key to your development. As well as this, you’ll find a range of leadership development courses, aimed both at those with no leadership experience and those who join the business as a manager and want to develop further.

If you are already CIMA qualified (or equivalent), there’s an opportunity (if relevant to the role) to take specialist exams, for example within Tax or Insurance, or to become a qualified auditor. For finance professionals working in Generation Finance, we offer specific training covering some of the more complex aspects of this area, including training around operational features of the business, as well as financial elements.
