You’ll be supporting our HR Systems Support Team who bridge the gap between business and technology by providing governance, oversight and support to maximise the value of our HR IT systems.
The team investigates and resolves problems, provides information about the systems, monitors systems performance and usage, conducts testing, manages access control and seeks continuous improvement through business and technical liaison and stakeholder management.
During your placement you’ll log, investigate and resolve problems, provide information about the systems, monitor systems performance and seek continuous improvement. You’ll also conduct system testing, work on continuous improvement projects and maintain access control using the agreed company framework and processes.
By the end of the year, you should know for sure whether this is the company you want to build your career in. If it is, you’ll soon have the chance to apply for a place on an EDF Graduate Programme.
