Catherine Finnes’s, Commercial Graduate

“Each placement is completely different and not many graduate schemes offer you such a broad range of experience.”

Rachel Morgan's experience, Commercial Graduate

I chose the Commercial graduate scheme as I really liked the breadth of placements available which range from highly technical, analytical roles to operational and sales teams. Having an Engineering background, I wanted to retain my technical skills but also develop an understanding of customer facing positions and build experience in this area. I am particularly interested in sustainability and new technologies, so I hope to explore the renewable and demand side response areas of the business. If you are driven, hard-working and easy to get along with, you will be successful here. Graduates are identified early on as leaders and the training given to develop is fantastic, so if you want to be successful, the support will be there to make it happen!
