EDF Energy Campus is an exciting and innovative project that you’ll see coming to life in many different ways over the next few weeks and months. 
But what is it?

The Campus learning experience will bring people closer together and create a greater sense of team spirit. But it will do much more than promote our company culture – it will prepare us, as a business, for the challenges of tomorrow.

Over the coming years, we’ll be recruiting many thousands of new employees. And it’s vital that we give these new members of the team not only the practical skills they’ll need to make a difference at EDF Energy, but an awareness of the attitudes and behaviours we expect from our people. That way each and every one of us will have the tools to boost business performance whilst working together seamlessly.

The Campus project represents our commitment to, and investment in, creating an integrated network of learning and knowledge sharing. It’s an approach that will mean we continue to attract, develop and inspire the high-performing people our business needs.
